Two Regional Sales Account Managers - North America and Europe

Casix, Inc. is leading supplier of high quality optics. Our factory is located in Fuzhou, China represented by sales offices in North America and Europe.  We offer high precision, high quality optical components (both glass and crystal based), with fast delivery and competitive prices. Our products range from UV to Far IR and include lenses, windows, mirrors, filters, prisms, etc.

We are looking for a highly motivated technical sales engineer to join our team as account manager to proactively identify, develop and drive new business opportunities with new and existing customers. The ability to build strong customer relationships is crucial, along with a demonstrated ability to penetrate large accounts  A self-starter, the account manager must use the industry’s best practices for discovering new opportunities, using lead qualification and follow-up techniques, and Strategic Selling techniques for selling, negotiating and influencing.  The account manager will work constructively with the Casix’s executive management, operations, engineering and product management to grow the business in an assigned region.

Experience in optics sales is required along with knowledge of the major companies and inter-relationships in the optics markets (telecom, commercial lasers, surveying optics, etc). Optics knowledge spanning custom glass optics and crystal optics is required, with knowledge of optics polishing, coatings, fiber optics a strong plus.

The account manager will take charge of his/her/ Annual Sales Plan and meet quarterly targets. BS Degree or MS Degree in Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. At least 5 years of sales management experience in the optics industry is required.
