Chief Technology Officer (Post Date: May 1st, 2007)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draws and implements the corporate technology development strategy
  • Optimizes the technical resources to develop new products and technologies
  • Works with operations to prepare and execute engineer project plans leading to cost effective, high quality and high yield
  • Acts as an advisor to subordinate staff members on complex technical problems
Job Qualifications:
  • MS or above in Optics, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 8 + years experiences in optical components or precision machinery multinational manufacturing, or other related industry work experience
  • Strong communication, organizational building and interpersonal skills, work well with other cross team
  • Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English skills

 

Sales Development Engineer/Manager - Europe (post date: June 1st, 2007)

Casix, a Fabrinet company, is a high quality crystal and precision optics manufacturer located in Fuzhou China. We are expending the market basis for our component products. We seek a technical sales professional to join our business development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The position will focus on prospecting and developing new accounts in designated target markets and targeted customers to achieve new sales growth in North America territory. This position is based in Europe (preferrable in Germany or Germany speaking countries) with home-office working basis. The individual will be required to expand business to new accounts, and to provide timely and accurate feedback to sales and marketing management on account status, developing product trends and competitive information. We are looking for an individual who is able to build and maintain a substantial pipeline of opportunities that will result in the achievement of assigned revenue goals and personal financial success.

Requirements:
To qualify for this opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications:
1) BS or above in Optical or Engineering discipline.
2) Strong background in optics components and understanding of market applications
3) 5+ years technical sales experience on technology accounts.
4) Stellar relational selling skills and history of demonstrated success.
5) Excellent presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
6) Ability to travel at 30%-50%.
